So my experience with Indian food is limited, but when I was invited to a dinner at Beenz I was excited. Talking with the excellent staff I learned Beenz primarily serves traditional Indian cuisine along
with some info-Chinese dishes. We started with some chicken lollipops and Manchurian cauliflower fritters, both excellent and bursting with flavor. We then had a mixed grill and some Tikki chicken masala
and Saag Paneer. Washed all of that down with their house special cocktail which was Malibu rum based and not only paired perfectly with the bold flavors it didn’t hurt that it made me feel like I was on
a Caribbean island. If your an Indian food savant or a novice like myself this is the place to go for Indian in Suffolk county!!!
